 Just opened the waterfall and put it together this is what I got..have turned it off and on several times followed all directions and NOTHING! took a chance, was hoping I would be one of the lucky ones that got a good fountain and NOPE! Very disappointed but what can you do?! I really liked the size and the look of this but will get a new one and hoping Amazon refunds my money
