MY TOP 3 GLUTE BUILDING EXERCISES / BOOTY BUILDING WORKOUT / LETS GROW THE GLUTES Probably the most important video I have created to date (jks but I’m serious about growing the booty). This is my top 3 glute exercises, which although upon typing this description I wrote them out, you will have to watch the video and find out for yourselves. It was easy to get two of the exercises as they’re a stable in my programmes but picking a third was a rather hard but unusual choice. Of course, this video is all based off my own opinion and these are simply 3 exercises that work FOR ME, but I know these exercises work for a lot of people and if they are not already a staple in your workout ADD THEM IN GIRLLLLLLLL (or guy). THE WORKOUT: • Glute activation circuit (filmed and on my Instagram @fitnesswithanabel if you wanted inspiration for an activation circuit) • Sumo deadlifts- 3 sets of 8-10 reps (upping my weight each time as progressive overload = growth) • Hip thrusts- for 5 sets of 10-12 reps (again, I up my weight each time working up to my max weight) • Single leg hip thrusts- 3 sets of 10 reps (not shown but again another one of my faves, I use a dumbbell for this exercise and really emphasise the glutes by performing this exercise slowly) • Cable pull throughs- 3 sets of 12-15 reps (shown in the video, I find with a heavy weight these BURN and have to be one of my favourite exercises for the glutes, don’t be afraid to go heavy on these if your form stays good) • Cable kick backs- 3 sets for 20/15/10 reps (probably the most debated glute exercise, you either love them or hate them, it took a while for me to master the correct technique for these but now I am able to target my glutes so effectively with this exercise) • BURNER: double banded glute bridges- AMRAP (completed for as many reps as possible, see my Instagram post for how to do these with the bands in the correct place, but this is one of my FAVOURITE burnout exercises specifically for the glutes, its perfect and I often hit 50 reps which is obviously a massive burnout which completes the session perfectly- it’s also why I’m completely out of breath in that outro) MUSIC: * Lost sky: Music provided by NoCopyrightSounds Watch: https://youtu.be/SHFTHDncw0g Free Download / Stream: http://ncs.io/DreamsYO FOLLOW ME: * Instagram: @fitnesswithanabel / @anabellawton * Business inquiries only: anabellawton59@gmail.com
