Turns out the nanny was behind the altercation, because she was upset that Jackson's ex Wissam Al Mana wouldn't give her the WiFi password for the Malibu hotel she was watching little Eissa. It's unclear why she couldn't call down to the front desk to get the password. The angered nanny then called the "Control" singer and told her what had happened.
